Recessed Grill Vinyl Insert HD 1.75"

Recessed Vinyl Insert Grill HD are aluminum Heavy Duty/High Traffic entrance grills with vinyl inserts that lay flush with its surrounding flooring.  This grill helps remove the debris from the soles of shoes of incoming traffic, and provides added traction to avoid unnecessary slippage.

Designed for indoor and outdoor applications, these Vinyl Inserts are corrugated co-extruded inserts, it is a flexible slip-resistant surface over a rigid shrink resistant base. They are manufactured with I-beams for added strength and cushions to deaden sound.

Commonly placed by contractors and replaced by maintenance or management, this grill can be ordered as a replacement with an existing frame, or a whole new system with a frame and pan.

All Recessed Grills are custom manufactured to the size required. Surface mount frames are also custom and available.

These grills are manufacture 1.75” deep with T-flat rails having tread width of 1.5”.

Rolling load is 1000 lbs. (per wheel).
