Can I buy products directly from you?

As a wholesale company, we sell via our distributors as well as directly to the end customer. Pricing will vary according to volume and individual particulars.

 

Do you have a retail location?

Mul-T-Mat’s products can be viewed online at www.mul-t-mat.ca, however we do have a showroom located at our head office: 106 Rayette Road, Unit 4, Concord, Ontario, L4K2G3. We are open Mon to Thur 9am to 5pm and 9 am to 1pm on Fri, please feel free to call 905-738-3171 and let us know you’re on your way.

 

Where are Mul-T-Mat’s large selection of products from?

All our products come from major US or Canadian manufacturers.

 

How do I determine what the best mat is for my application?

Call us at 905-738-3171 and we can advise you on which mat is best for you. We can send you spec sheets or a mat placement guide depending on your industry, as well as an estimate tailored to your precise request.

Do you ship within Canada?

Yes, we ship anywhere in Canada. If the unique opportunity arises that our customer needs us to ship elsewhere, that can be determined based on their budget and location.

 

When is my order considered confirmed?

Your order is confirmed as soon as you have submitted your Purchase Order and completed your payment method.  We offer a credit facility for all approved distributors.

Is every mat customizable?

Most mats can be customized to accommodate your request. However, there are some products which have standardized sizing and therefore retain industry specifications.
